  • Weekly Planner
  • How does your service work?

    We deliver 5 or 10 posts to you each Monday for the coming week. You will be able to choose and plan out the week with the amount of posts you want on your page (we recommend between 3-7 posts a week depending on the amount of other posts you publish that week).

    With the posts in hand all you have to do is put them in your schedule on your Facebook page and add an image to make the post stand out.

  • What can your service do for me?

    We create high quality Facebook posts for your page both increasing your engagement and reach as well as saving you time every week by creating the content for you. This makes room for you to focus on other elements of your business and use the engagement on Facebook to promote your products and convert sales.

    At the same time our weekly posting schedule makes sure that the content is relevant and trending, so you get the most out of our posts.

  • Why do you not add an image for me?

    To ensure that your post is as optimized as possible we encourage adding a relevant image for your business. This can be as simple as your Company logo or something that your likes can easily relate to you and your business.

    This is also a measure to make the post unique compared to other companies on Facebook.

  • What kind of support comes with Weekly Planner?

    We offer a support ticket system on our website. We also offer complete email support for all our services. We are looking into adding chat support in the future.

  • Can we use your service for other social media?

    At present we do not offer Weekly Planner directed for other social media outside Facebook, but we do encourage all our partners to cross-post to both Twitter and Google+ to get the best possible results from our service.

    We are currently working on adding a specific service for Twitter.

  • Can I make changes in your posts?

    You are of course welcome to make changes to the posts delivered through Weekly Planner, but we suggest that you only use this option sparingly. The posts are delivered optimized to give you the best results as they are.

  • Do I have to add an image?

    You do not have to add an image, but we strongly encourage you to.

    An image will help the post stand out in your likes' news feed and improve both reach and engagement with the post.

  • Why should we focus on Facebook as a marketing channel?

    Facebook is still the biggest social media out there. Even with countless of competitors they are able to maintain high user counts and high activity numbers.

    This is something that should interest any business, since one thing is to reach your target audience, but much of the value comes from maintaining the relationship for longer periods of time, and here social media has proven to be one of the best platforms to work with.

  • How do I cross-post to Twitter?

    You are always welcome to cross-post the posts to Twitter and other social media. We recommend the use of either Hootsuite or Buffer for these purposes.

  • Who will be working on my business social media accounts?

    One of our well-trained Content Specialists will be the one working on your accounts. Our Content Specialists research every business they work with and the niche and industry of that business before they begin working on your accounts. Our goal is to engage your followers with your content so you can increase engagement and reach, along with your sales and conversions.

    All our Content Specialists are US-based. We do not outsource our social media marketing and management services to other countries.

  • How will you know what to post for my company?

    As soon as we receive your order, your dedicated Content Specialist will begin researching your industry, competitors and target audience. By the time the first post hits Facebook and Twitter, your Content Specialist will know just what your audience is looking for, and how to engage them with your brand.

  • Can I still post to my own profiles?

    Of course, you are welcome to post content at any time you would like. Your dedicated Content Specialist will adapt to the content that you post.

    You are also welcome to give us specific directions as to topics and other that we should post. If you have an upcoming sale or event, then you can let us know and we will post updates to both Facebook and Twitter, so your audience is ready for your event.

  • What if I have a specific event, product or promotion I want you to promote?

    You can at any time send us an email with what you want us to share for you, and your Content Specialist makes sure that your content is shared at the best times and in the best way to create attention with your audience.

    You can always email specific instructions to support@socialva.net, and we will do whatever we can to get them implemented right away.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    All our management services are monthly, so there is no contract involved. You can cancel anytime you want. But we are confident in our service that you will stay with us for a long time.

  • What if I need services for more than Facebook and Twitter?

    We have several additional services that are both affordable and easy to add. We can take care of your LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, Facebook Ads, blog writing and more to make sure that you have everything you need for a successful business.
